Goal

Introduce “Cornell Now! 2015”, the institution’s latest comprehensive campaign, before 500 of the university’s most influential volunteers and supporters.

Strategy

Feats designed an experience that spoke to the Cornell of today as well as Cornell at its Sesquicentennial. Guests were officially introduced to the Class of 2015 and learned through examples about the university’s key initiatives and goals. The event demonstrated where Cornell is now with its students, its faculty, its research, accomplishments and global impact, and underscored student engagement and faculty renewal. Feats crafted stories that celebrated what’s been made possible and set in motion and illustrated how the as-yet unwritten endings are tied to what is happening at Cornell now. The program was a journey that invited guests into a shared vision for Cornell’s future. Spirited moments of student involvement, including a “campus tour” through the audience and a student-produced video, brought to life initiatives that would move the university’s largest goals forward. The evening helped to create enthusiasm and pride around Cornell, its students, its faculty and research and its accomplishments and global impact.

Impact

Guests left with a clear call to action, inspired by the achievements of faculty, students and alumni and an understanding of how their efforts will play a key role in realizing the university’s campaign goals.
