Challenge – Better engage alumni through a high energy climax to the University’s annual Alumni Weekend.

Approach – Feats analyzed Bucknell’s interaction with alumni constituents at past events and found opportunity to heighten interaction for greater long-term relationship building and impact. Feats’ research uncovered fond memories for a now-defunct school celebration and reintroduced a much improved rendition — to the delight of alumni, who eagerly basked in the nostalgia of the event.

Impact - Now in year 5, the event revived a tradition and the University's relationship with alumni as the school demonstrated its appreciation and the attributes that make it such a unique college experience.
