National Sales Meeting

Challenge

Motivate a national sales team during difficult economic times.

Approach

McCormick spices are most typically used at home.  As more American families are cooking at home to save money, Feats smelled opportunity. Our theme: “Value: the Main Ingredient.”  Feats designed an event around a functioning home kitchen where presentations took on a lively and comfortable air, incorporating live demonstrations to deliver process and planning information.  We kicked off each presentation with multimedia introductions and created an energetic, dynamic and admittedly tongue-in-cheek tone that stirred the sales team even while keeping a tone and style appropriate for the times.

Impact

In a follow-up survey, 97% reported feeling markedly more motivated after the event. “The best in years,” many extolled. The other three percent are apparently still marinating.
