Challenge                                                                                                                                                             To engage and educate KPSS’s distributors and sales consultants – introducing them to new brand KMS California.

Insight                                                                                                                                                          The best way to learn is to experience for yourself.  Feats created a feast for the senses — a totally immersive experience that introduced nine product lines by focusing on the unique color, ingredients and personality of each.

Nearly as much as product education, KPSS wanted to reinforce less tangible brand lifestyle attributes like self expression, genuine hair culture, fusion, science and nature. Knowledge and experience-sharing focused on creating memorable interactions, aha! moments and tangible takeaways. 

Impact                                                                                                                                                           KPSS, Inc.’s North American leadership team declared the event a smashing success as sales (a direct result of distributor/sales force education and buy-in) exceeded initial goals, as did the increase in the number of participating salons.
