Challenge Help celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 64 Box of crayons and use the occasion to generate excitement and promote the established brand. The channel: the national media.
Insight In honor of this occasion, Crayola named 8 crayons for values that are important to children. For consumers to connect with those values, we needed to bring them to life. Feats created moments that begged to be broadcasted, including a children’s fashion show and presentation of an Ace of Cakes birthday cake in the shape of a 64-crayon box.
Impact This concept allowed for exposure in all media including traditional broadcast and print as well as viral outlets such as YouTube.
